  3. Home WOD as I couldn’t get in because of a sick littel boy home from school
    Did 300 single skips for warm up
    WOD A with 20# ball
    Not sure on time just wanted to concentrate on not hurting my back but was probably in the 10-12 min range.
    This one was a mental mind f**k for me. Hated every second. Thanks MJ

  4. Prewod- 3:08? I think? Deadlifts at 90lbs
    WodA- 6:36- quite the burner ! Did some sit-ups after and worked on muscle ups. Got 2. But they weren’t the prettiest 😊 Great job 5:30 peeps
