WOD 

A. 5 Rounds

  • 10 Deadlifts 155/105
  • 20 Walking Lunge Steps
  • 30 Sit Ups

B. 5 Rounds

  • 10 Deadlifts 225/155
  • 15 Pistols
  • 15 Knees 2 Elbows

  
Sometimes it’s easy to forgot how large our facility is until you’ve visited another.
