Sweaty Saturday.  Teams of 2

AMRAP 20

  • 250 Row
  • 10 Thrusters
  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Burpees

Teams of two. One person rows, then the next. One person does 10 thrusters then the next and so on throughout the list of movements. 

ONE bar/KB per team unless mixed gender. 

Score is total rounds completed by team. Score is not doubled
