PreWOD – 50 Goblet Squats 55/35

Strength – Push Press 5x3x1@75%

WOD

A. The Chief”

As many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:

  • 3 Power Cleans 135/95
  • 6 Pushups
  • 9 Squats

– Rest 1 Minute –

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles

B. As many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:

  • 3 Deadlifts 275/185
  • 6 Handstand Pushups
  • 9 Pistols

– Rest 1 Minute –

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles

    Wod A- Rx 17 rounds even! Loved this one- last time I did this I had to use 80lbs!! Great job nooners! Hope you all survived after I left 😉

    Did this workout awhile ago and got 20+ 3 with 80%
