  • 10 Thrusters 75/55
  • 30 Double Unders/90 Singles

B. AMRAP 14

  • 1 Muscle Up (Strict If Possible)
  • 7 Thrusters 135/95
  • 50 Double Unders

    Wod A – 7 rounds + 7 . Thrusters suck as usual – but the weight felt good! A great workout to start the week 🙂
