  • 10 Butpees 
  • 20 Sit Ups
  • 30 Double Unders/90 Singles

Strength – Back Squats 5x10x1 @40%

WOD

A. For time:

  • 15 Clean & Jerks 115/85
  • 60 Squats
  • 10 Clean & Jerks
  • 40 Squats
  • 5 Clean & Jerks
  • 20 Squats

B. For Time:

30 Clean & Jerks 185/135

Every minute on the minute, do a ring mup. Bar Mups are not Rx’d 

Ring Mups are going to be in the Open. Need to get acquainted

    WOD A: 8:21 (ish) the squats had the legs burning! Nice work everyone!

    Squats were the worst part! I needed this workout after Boston…. Lots of beer and treats 😉
