  1. Pre wod- did a 1000m run before the 50 wallballs. Got In the door just in time for clock to start for wallballs. 2:40.
    Wod – 10:13! PR by 2:11! Yay! Thanks for doing it with me Mallory! Hope the rest of you did great after I left . 🙂
