Today we honour a fallen member of our community and a friend. 

Clayton Clark passed away Feb 4, 2014. And we’ve tried our best to honour him through this workout and helping his family whenever and however possible. 

All are welcome to join us for this WOD.

Clayton Clark Memorial WOD

AMRAP 20 minutes

  • 14 Burpees
  • 2 Deadlifts (400/255)
