A. Grace – 30 Clean/Jerks 135/95

B. Isabel – 30 Snatches 135/95

  2. Wasn’t planning to come in today but I saw the workout posted and couldn’t resist! Only the second time doing Grace… The first time was with 115# @ 4:50ish. Today did it Rx in 5:15 – I’ll take it! Threw in some deadlifts, tabata planks and some ring MUPS cause why not.

    Nice work 4:30 gang!
