  • 20 Wallballs 20/14
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings 55/35
  • 15 V-Ups

B. 4 Rounds:

  • 20 wall Balls 30/20
  • 15 KBS 70/55
  • 15 Toes 2 Bar

    WOD: 13:28 B with the 20# Med Ball. Hit the wall on the T2B in the last round and had a lot of singles. puke. good job power hour

  2. This was a great one ! Worked on OH squats first 75lbs. 5×5
    Wod A- 11:59 but did toes to bar instead of v snaps 🙂
