As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Situps
  • 15 Squats

– rest 3 minutes then – 

Four rounds for time of:

  • 20 Pushups
  • 10 V-Snaps
  • 10 Box Jumps 24/20
