    Hands tore so I stopped after 18.

  2. MOD: 21 + 2. Ring rows and front squats. Cash out of 150 sit-ups was pleasantly unpleasant.

  3. Finished round of 18 and got in my 21 pullups in the next round for WOD A. Cash out was bad… just bad. Nice work 4:30 crew!
