PreWOD 

10,000 m Row with weighted Vest

Strength – Buddy squats. Have partner sit on shoulders and squat them. Upscale by having them hold kettlebells while you squat them. 

WOD 

3 Round for Time

16.5 – 21-18-15-12-9-6-3

  • Thrusters 155/105
  • Weighted Burpees. 45/20

Coaches notes. 

Make sure your partner doesn’t go crazy and choose heavy kettlebells.
