PreWOD – 500 m Row followed by 

2 Rounds

  • 10 Wall Squats
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 10 Sit Ups

Strength –  8 Back Squats Every Two Minutes 

  • Start at 60% and build up over sets. 

WOD

AMRAP 8

  • 7 Thrusters A. 75/55 B. 95/65
  • 7 Pullups

– rest 4 minutes –

AMRAP 8

  • 7 Power Snatch (same bar)
  • 7 Burpee

  1. Great workout today! Started with deadlifts @155 5x5x1 then worked on OHS with 65lbs , 5×5
    Wod A- 6 + 8 , and 6 rounds for the second ! Ouch! Awesome work everyone! And way to go Mallory for getting those OHS!! Yay!!!!

  2. Rough day for the shoulder. Pinched it in the back squats which changed the work to follow. WOD 1 5+2. Subbed thrusters for inch worms, did my pullups on the rings. WOD 2 4 rounds even. Subbed 225# DL for snatches. Shoulder was burnt out so I flopped around doing one armed burpees.

    Huge noon crew today, great to see everyone out.
