  • Air Squats
  • KBS 55/35

Strength – Strict Chin-Up 5 x Max Reps (Weighted 5 x 5)



  • 10 Ground-to-Overhead A. 75/55 B. 115/74
  • 15 Overhead Squats (same weight)
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 2 Wall Walks B. 20′ Handstand Walk

Coach’s Notes: 

If you’re proficient with chin-ups do the weighted modification otherwise use assistance and aim for 8-12 reps each round. 

WOD – Choose a weight that is doable for overhead squats, you should be able to do your first round of OHS unbroken. If you can’t do Handstand Walks sub with Wall Walks, consistency is key – if you can’t get your chest to the wall set a target line for your hands to cross every time and stick with it!
