  • Side step sneaky ninjas
  • Mountain climbers

Side step sneaky ninja – hips are low. Almost a squat to parallel. Side step without raising hips. Lead with knee not the heel. Equal work per direction

  1. Wow, big workout today!! Got 5 rounds, 4 rounds, then 415 reps tabata. Yoga to finish off. Nice work everyone! That was tough!
