Teams of two complete the following with only one partner working at a time:

As many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

  • 3 Thrusters A. 95/65 B. 135/95
  • 6 Bar-Facing Burpees
  • 2 Muscle Ups | 6 Pullups (C2B)
  • 6 Thrusters 
  • 12 Bar-Facing Burpees
  • 3 Muscle Ups | 9 Pullups (C2B)
  • 9 Thrusters 
  • 18 Bar-Facing Burpees
  • 4 Muscle Ups | 12 Pullups (C2B)
  • 12 Thrusters 
  • 24 Bar-Facing Burpees
  • … etc
