PreWOD – 800/400m Run or 1000/500m row if injured

Strength

Every 3 minutes for a total of 4 cycles:

  • 6 Tempo Push Ups (3 sec up and 3 sec down)
  • 20 Unbroken KBS 55/35

WOD

5 Rounds: 

  • 7 Power Cleans A. 115/85 B. 165/105
  • 10 Bar Over Burpees
