PreWOD – 2 Rounds

  • 200m Run
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Lunges

Strength – Every 3 min, 3 cycles

  • 10 Push Ups
  • 20 Wall Balls 
  • As fast as possible with excellent form

WOD

Jackie and her sister 

  • 1000m Row or 800m Run
  • 50 Thrusters 45/35
  • 30 Pull Ups

800m run, down to end of street, touch black light post before cul de sac and come back

    Strength – 10 PU, 20 leg raises, my form rocked.
    MOD – 1000m row, 50 burpees, 30 Ring rows 11:02.

    Big shout out to Adam for gutting through this on his road to redemption.
