PreWOD. – 800 m Run. Easy pace 

Strength – Front Sq. 10 mins to find 1 Rep Max. 

  • Immediately after, AMRAP 2, set up bar with 60% of last successful squat

WOD. The Chief

As many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:

  • 3 Power Cleans 135/95
  • 6 Pushups
  • 9 Squats

– rest 1 minute – 

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

NOTE: For this test pick up where you left off at the end of each 3 minute cycle.

    New PR for Front Squats – 165# yay!

    WOD – loved this. I know I’ve done it before, but can’t find my results.

    16 rounds + 11 reps (or was it 15? – ack).

    Couldn’t keep up with Char. Good work everyone!
