PreWOD – 1000m Run/Row

Followed by 2 Rounds of:

  • 20 Overhead Lunges In Place
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Strict Toes 2 Bar

Strength – Back Squats 5x5x1 @ 60%



  • 3 Thrusters A. 95/65 B. 115/85
  • 6 Burpees Over Bar

We will be introducing ROMWOD to you and integrating it into our WODs. I’m looking into how to share it with everyone so we can all benefit when it’s convenient.

The consideration is to offer it at it’s own time or at end of a session.
