  • 20 VSnaps/Sit Ups
  • 10 Dips (Rings/Box/Parallettes)
  • 15 OH Walking Lunges

WOD 

50 Thrusters for time. 95/65

Every time the bar leaves your rack position. Stop. Do 3 Bar over Burpees. Then resume where you left off. 

No rest in hang position. Squat clean counts for first rep
