teams of two with only one person working at a time unless otherwise indicared complete the following:

  • 100 Double Unders each
  • 75 Thrusters 75/55
  • 75 Pullups/Ring Rows
  • 50 Hang Power Cleans 95/65
  • 50 Synchronized Burpees
  • 50 Hang Power Cleans 95/65
  • 75 Box Jumps 24/20
  • 75 Synchronized Squats
