  • 50 Single Leg Skips. 25/each. Finish one side before going to other
  • 15 Goblet Squats
  • 2 Wall Walks / 6 HSPU progressions

Strength – 4 Push Press + 1 Jerk 5x1x1 Built up to heavy set

WOD – AMRAP 10

  • 10 Front Rack Lunges 95/65
  • 10 HR Push Ups

Core Cashout 5×15 Unbroken V Snaps.
