PreWOD – Three rounds of:

  • 50 Single Leg Skips (25 per leg)
  • 15 Goblet Squats
  • 2 Wall Walks

Strength – Push Press (every 90 secs) – 10 x 35%, 10 x 45%, 5 x 55%, 1 x 75%, 1 x 85%, Max Reps x 95%

WOD – For time:

  • 500m Row
  • 50 Power Snatch 75/55
  • 30 Pullups
  • 100 Double Unders

Bars with 10/15 lb plates are not to be dumped but controlled at all times.

  • Hollow Hold
  • Superman Hold
