PreWOD – 3 Rounds

  • 50 Single Leg Skips
  • 5 Wall Walks
  • 10 V Snaps

Strength – Tabata Timer – Clean and Jerks x 4 x 8 @ 135/95 or weight thats appropriate for you. 

So in the 20 sec span do 4 reps. If 4 not completed take break anyhow. Rest remainder of time.
