PreWod

3 Rounds 

  • 50 Single Leg Skips
  • 2 Wall Walks + 1 HSPU
  • 10 V Snaps

Strength – Sq Clean + Front Sq + Split Jerk + Split Jerk. Start at 65% work up to 85%

WOD 

Open Workout 14.2

Every 3 minutes, for as long as possible:
From 0:00-3:00
2 rounds of:

10 overhead squats 95/65

10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:

12 overhead squats 95/65

12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:

14 overhead squats 95/65

14 chest-to-bar pull-ups

 16, 18, 20… Until you fail to complete 2 rounds.
*Note: If you are able, start with the Rx version of the workout, and if you fall off the clock, then complete the rest of the workout as an AMRAP 12. If you need to scale follow the progression but complete it as an AMRAP 12. Record total scaled reps at 12 min mark.
