PreWOD – 3 Rounds

  • 25 Single Skip Left + 50 Double Unders + 25 Single Skip Right
  • 2 Wall Walks
  • 10 V Snaps

Strength – Squat Clean + Front Squat + Split Jerk. 5x5x1 65%+

Accessory Work – 30 Clean and Jerks 135/95 with a 6 Min cap. 

This should be scaled to a weight that allows you to finish around the 3-4 min mark. 6 min cap is there for those who refuse to leave ego in car 🙂
