  • 2 Wall Walks + 30 sec Handstand Hold
  • 10 V Snaps

WOD 

3 Rounds For time (20 Min cap)

  • 20 Pull Ups
  • 30 Push Ups
  • 40 Sit Ups
  • 50 Squats
