As many reps as possible in 13 minutes of:

  • 55 Deadlifts 225/155#
  • 55 Wallballs 20/14#
  • 55 Calorie Row
  • 55 Handstand Pushups

This is not mandatory to perform as written. The goal is to finish the WOD. 

Deads should be scaled to appropriate weight for you. Push Ups for the HSPU.
