PreWod – 800m Run then 2 Rounds

  • 15 Squats
  • 5 Strict Pull Ups
  • 15 Push Ups

Strength – Find Back Squat 5RM – 10min Clock

WOD

As many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:

  • 3 Power Cleans 135/95
  • 6 Pushups
  • 9 Squats

– rest 1 minute –

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
