PreWOD – 3 Rounds

  • 15 Squats
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 5 Strict Pull Ups

Strength – Back Sq 5x3x1 @75%+ 1 Min AMRAP @50%

Either come in at 75% or build up to that over 5 Rounds. Strip weight to 50% then 6th round is an AMRAP
