PreWod – 3 Rounds

  • 50 Single Leg Skips
  • 10 Good Mornings (empty bar)
  • 10 Hollow Rocks. (Feet and hands close to floor. Very minor rocking)

Push Press 5x3x1 @ 75% + 1 Min AMRAP @ 50%. 

Either build up or come in at 75%. No rest extra rest between 5 sets and AMRAP. Be organized and ready to hit AMRAP. Try to keep working until end of AMRAP and not quitting mid way.
