  • 15 Goblet Squats
  • 30s Deadhang
  • 30s Handstand Hold

Strength – Deadlift 5x1x1. Build up to heavy

Strength Accessory – Pistols 5 x 12 x 90 (add weight if you’re able)
WOD – 21-15-9

  • Wall Balls 30/20
  • Box Jumps 30/24″
