  • 100 Single Skips
  • 30s Dead Hang

Strength – Back Squat 5x10x2 @ 50%

Mini-Barbara 3 Rounds

  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 50 Squats

*Rest exactly 3 minutes between each round.
