PreWOD – 3 Rounds (7 Min Cap)

  • 5 Strict Pullups
  • 10 Pushups
  • 15 Squats
  • 20s Samson Stretch Each Side

Start at :15min of session. 

Today will be broken into 3 blocks of 10 mins. Seperated by 2 minute set up time. 

First 10 min will be provided to find 1RM Back Squat

2min To set up for 

Second 10 min to find 1RM Press

2 min to set up for 

Third 10 min to find 1RM Deadlift. 

No discretion. These are to be performed in this sequence, with these rest breaks. Starting ahead of group will make coaching difficult. 

Form over numbers is the focus. Gobheavy but do not sacrifice technique.
