PreWOD – Three rounds of:

  • 15 Goblet Squats
  • 30s Deadhang
  • 30s Handstand Hold

Strength – Power Snatch 5x1x1

*Work up to five heavy singles of Power Snatch. Really focus on form and technique over weight. Make it pretty!

WOD

For Total Reps (12 mins):

  • 1 minute Double Unders
  • 1 minute Dumbbell/KB Snatch 50/35#
  • 2 minutes Double Unders
  • 2 minutes Dumbbell/KB Snatch 50/35#
  • 3 minutes Double Unders
  • 3 minutes Dumbbell/KB Snatch 50/35#
