PreWOD – 3 Rounds 

  • 10 Overhead Walking Lunges
  • 10 Overhead Squats (empty bar)
  • 30s Low Plank Hold

Strength – Power Snatch + OHS + Squat Snatch 5x2x2

The goal is to work on technique and proper position to receive the bar. Work light and build up each set if there’s success. Goal is not to push to a failure.
