PeeWOD – 3 Rounds

  • 5 Strict Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 25 Single Leg Skips/Leg

Engine Work – EMOM 8 – Sprints

  • Row 200/150m
  • Run 100m
  • Xebex Bike 300/250

Goal here is to go all out each round. If you not completing work by time limit, end current effort at :50, take :10s rest, then start next round with group.
