PreWOD – 3 Rounds

  • 5 Strict Pull Ups
  • 10 Hand Release Push Ups
  • 25 Single Leg Skip/Leg

Engine Work – Sprint Work – 5 Rounds of Row for Cals

Every 2 Min, perform :45 seconds of a SAVAGE pace on the rower. Rest the remaining 1:15. Lowest Cal reading out of the 5 rounds is your score. 

It’s likely that ergs will be shared. Please hop off quickly to allow another to use it during your rest. And be ready to go on your next interval. Clock continues without you. 

PLEASE DO NOT let grips go and slam into catch.
