Then 3 Rounds

  • 10 Push Ups
  • 10 Backstep Lunges
  • 10 Inchworms

Strength – Front Sq 4×3 + max

First 4 sets build up to approx 75%. 5th set is max at the weight of the 4th.

AMRAP 15

  • 12 Deadlifts 115/85
  • 9 Hang Power Cleans
  • 6 Shoulder 2 Overhead
  • 3 Burpee Over Bar
