Four cycles for total reps:

As many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

  • 20/14 Calorie Row

  • 40 Squats

  • 30 Ab-Mat Situps

  • Max Rep Burpee Pull Ups

– Rest 4 minutes –

Group 1 starts on the clock. Group 2 starts when the rest period begins for group 1.
