  • Three rounds of:
  • 2 Wall Walks
  • 10 Walking Lunge Steps
  • 10 Burpees

Skill / EMOM

EMOM 12

  • Odds – 10 Deadlifts 245/185. 135/95
  • Evens – 10 Box Jumps 24/20

WOD

AMRAP 12:

  • 1 Squat Clean & Jerk 165/115
  • 10 Alternating Pistols
  • 20 Double Unders

Note: Scale barbell as needed – it should be heavy but nowhere near failure at any point in this workout.
