  • 15 OHS 45/35

Strength – 5 sets, Every 90 secs perform

1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Power Snatch + 1 Full (Squat) Snatch

Build up in strength. Set must be touch and go. Hold onto bar. Not singles.
