What it’s all about?

The 6 week Bootcamp program is designed for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.  We meet 2 times a week and provide a progressive training plan.  You work in a small group, let by an experienced trainer, learning the foundation of CrossFit training, challenging yourself, and getting fit in the process.  The bootcamp is a great way for you to get started with CrossFit, and is a perfect alternative to other bootcamp programs.

Will the bootcamp will be too easy/hard for me?

Not a chance!  Our unique training methods allow us to challenge everyone, regardless of experience, age, fitness level, etc.  You will work at a pace that is right for you and perform a volume of work that is appropriate for your needs.  If you are just getting started, we will gradually ramp up the level of challenge as you become accustomed to our training.  If you are a more experienced trainee, we will be pushing you from the beginning.  In all cases, though, our primary concern is on proper execution of the exercises.

Do I have to attend every session?

The best results will come if you attend each class.  You will get more training time in by attending all classes and learn a good deal more.  In addition, you will benefit from the logical progression designed into the program, with the information delivered in each class tying into previous and upcoming material.

What sort of people can I expect to meet at the bootcamp?

You will find that the vast majority of our bootcamp participants are professionals from 20 to 60 years of age, although we have had everyone from teenagers to septuagenarians.  The best part is that our style of training and coaching tends to attract friendly, easy-going people, so you are sure to get along with everyone you meet!
